Bowery Capital Launches to Invest in B2B Startups

Mike Brown Jr., the co-founder of Aol’s venture arm, has just started a NYC-based venture capital firm Bowery Capital.

The firm, which reportedly raised $33m with AOL also investing, will back B2B companies with a special focus on helping entrepreneurs win their early customers. Investments will range between $250k and $3m.

Brown’s co-founders include Nic Poulos (Principal) and Keegan Forte (General Manager). Venture partners are David Soloff, Adam Smith, Neil Capel and Zach Sims.

Bowery Capital also has an office in Palo Alto, CA.
