Newly formed Atlanta, GA-based private equity fund BlueWaters Investment Group has just appointed its managing directors.
They are:
– Andrew Schroer, who is an expert in technology and telecommunication sales, services and manufacturing, and
– Keith Berger, who has deep expertise in business turnaround and operations management.
BlueWaters Investment Group focuses on acquiring or investing in Southeast-based, founder- and family-owned businesses with up to $25m in annual revenues. It is interested in companies operating in the technology and telecommunications, or business-to-business manufacturing and services segments.
