Wandera, a San Francisco, CA- and London, UK-based provider of a Mobile Data Optimization (MDO) service, raised $7m in funding.
The backer was global venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the capital for its launch and global expansion.
Founded in 2012 by Eldar Tuvey, CEO, Wandera just launched its service that is designed to help businesses manage mobile data usage in their organizations. The company’s cloud platform leverages adaptive data compression and real-time processing to provide a completely comprehensive picture and reduce organizations’ mobile data usage.
