Global technology media company GigaOM unveiled the finalists of the Structure 2013 LaunchPad, a competition for promising startups in cloud computing, internet infrastructure and data.
The companies are:
28msec, which provides tools to make it easier to write complex queries against MongoDB databases;
Appscale Systems, which implements Google’s Cloud Platform, App Engine, in open source;
Factor.io, which provides deployment automation solutions for dev teams;
Metrica, which allows users to create analytics dashboards by enabling SQL queries against its MongoDB data
SaltStack, a scalable software for new enterprise data center systems automation and configuration management.
Synapsify, a text analytics and search company that aims to solve the problem of content overload by measuring the value of written content.
The startups will present their business plans on stage and be rated by venture capitalists, journalists and technology executives at Structure 2013, which takes place June 19-20 in San Francisco.
