Flexiant, a London, UK-based cloud orchestration software, closed a £3.75m funding round.
Backers included unnamed angel investors, not venture capitalists.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop the product and expand its global presence, mainly in the US and EMEA markets.
Led by George Knox, CEO, and John Pocock, Chairman, Flexiant allows cloud service providers including hosters, service providers and telecom organizations to build their cloud services business and offer differentiated services. Its Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator enables cloud service provisioning through to granular metering, billing and reseller management.
Customers include Cartika, FP7 Consortium, IS Group, ITEX, and NetGroup.
