Datalogix, a Westminster, CO-based provider of a data platform for digital media, closed a $25m Series B equity financing.
The round was led by >Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), which joined existing investors General Catalyst, Sequel Venture Partners and Costanoa Venture Capital. In conjunction with the financing, Sandy Miller and Paul Ostling joined the company’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to scale its technology platform audience and measurement solutions across display, mobile, video, social and search channels and expand geographically.
Led by CEO Eric Roza and Chairman Rob Gierkink, Datalogix provides the DLX Platform, which connects digital media and offline purchasing data to help consumer marketers increase the effectiveness and measurability of their advertising.
The company has expertise spanning the major consumer segments, including Retail, CPG, Automotive, Telecom, Travel and Financial Services.
