The company intends to use the capital to expand capacity and accelerate the growth of its solutions across retail merchants.

Founded in 2011 by Chris Poelma, CEO, BusyLife Software provides a cloud hosted mobile ordering service available on Apple iOs, Android and Windows Mobile, for smartphones and tablets. The solution, which integrates with Point of Sales systems and shipping service providers, offers a store locator and a scalable multi-store real-time inventory availability system. Shoppers also receive targeted incentives and promotions tailored to their purchasing needs.

The platform can address the needs of several retail verticals such as restaurants, sports nutrition, and specialty retailers.
