Acorio, a Boston, MA-based provider of ServiceNow planning, implementation, integration, and optimization services for Fortune 2000 companies, raised a Series A round of venture funding from Momentum Equity Partners.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Acorio intends to use the capital to hire sales and delivery staff and invest in its proprietary POWERBooster™ tools designed to accelerate ServiceNow software-as-a-service (SaaS) deployments.
Founded in 2012 by Frank Selldorff, who is also chairman of Momentum Equity Partners, and led by newly appointed president and chief executive officer Jim Lampert, Acorio is a ServiceNow reseller and partner that provides planning, implementation, integration, and optimization services for Fortune 2000 companies. It leverages its POWERBooster™ technology and develops custom applications to enable clients to automate and standardize business processes and consolidating IT across the enterprise.
