The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Backers included VegasTechFund, a seed stage investment fund.
Co-founded by Emma Mcllroy and Julia Parsley, Wildfang focuses on providing women with a destination to find menswear inspired clothing. The brand is expected to launch in Spring 2013.
