Vistar Media Closes $1.5M Seed Funding

Vistar Media, a NYC place-based media ad serving technology, closed a $1.5m seed funding.

The round was led by Valhalla Partners, with participation from Mercury Fund, ENIAC Ventures, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, etc.

Co-founded by Jeremy Ozen, Michael Provenzano, and Mark Chadwick, Vistar Media has built a platform that enables media buyers and place-based networks to transact across guaranteed and non-guaranteed inventory.
The company has executed campaigns for several agency trading desks and ad networks, including WPP’s Spafax unit among others.
