Nintex Group Receives Investment from TA Associates and Updata Partners

Nintex Group, a Melbourne, Australia-based workflow software company, received an investment from TA Associates and Updata Partners.

The amount of the investment remained undisclosed.

TA and Updata will work in partnership with the company’s management team to accelerate its global growth initiatives.

Led by Brian Cook, co-Founder and Group CEO, and Brett Campbell, co-Founder and Global VP of Alliances of the Nintex Group, Nintex is a global provider of workflow software solutions, with more than 4,000 customers in 90 countries. The company’s workflow software enables organizations to automate business processes using drag and drop tools. Its Nintex Live offerings enables organizations to utilize cloud services to extend workflow functionality outside of the firewall to remote users, customers and suppliers.
The products are distributed globally via a network of over 800 partners and service providers. The company also owns and operates OBS, an IT services business focused on the design, customization and implementation of Microsoft-based solutions exclusively in Australia.
Nintex also has U.S. headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, and offices in Kuala Lumpur and London.

In conjunction with the transaction, which adds to an existing investment by Macquarie Capital, Harry D. Taylor, a Director at TA Associates, Edward F. Sippel, Managing Principal – Asia Pacific, TA Associates Asia Pacific Ltd., Kurt R. Jaggers, a Managing Director at TA Associates, and Jon Seeber, a Principal at Updata Partners, will join the company’s Board of Directors.
