Smart Eye Raises SEK25M in Funding

Smart Eye AB, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based eye-tracking technology company, raised SEK25m in funding.

The financing comes from Fouriertransform AB through a combination of a directed new share issue and a loan. Following the transaction, Fouriertransform owns a 15%.

The company intends to use the proceeds for product development and market expansion.

Led by Martin Krantz, CEO, Smart Eye supplies eye tracking technology to the automotive industry. The company also develops and sells eye sensor software and systems to a variety of customer segments including the aerospace and the medical industry.
