JIBE Closes $10M Series B Funding

JIBE, a New York City-based provider of a SaaS solution that allows enterprises to accept job applications from smartphones, tablets or desktops, closed a $10m Series B funding.

The round was led by new investor Longworth Venture Partners, with participation Polaris Partners, DFJ Gotham, DFJ, Zelkova, Lerer Ventures and Thrive Capital.

Led by Joe Essenfeld, Founder and CEO, and Andrzej Lawn, CTO, JIBE provides enterprises with a service to accept complete job applications from any device, mobile, tablet or desktop. The company’s proprietary back-end technology integrates the candidate’s application information directly into the enterprise’s applicant tracking system (ATS), CRM tool and employee referral platform.
In 2012, JIBE partnered with global companies, including Walmart, AT&T, Procter & Gamble, General Motors and Accenture to extend their Human Capital Management solutions to mobile devices.

In conjunction with the funding, Nilanjana Bhowmik, Longworth, joined the company’s board.
