San Francisco, CA-based private equity firm Serent Capital closed its second fund, at $350m.
Serent Capital II, L.P., which exceeded its original target of $300m, focuses on investing in high growth service businesses such as shifting distribution, sourcing, staffing models and technology enablement.
Founded in 2008 by David Kennedy and Kevin Frick, Serent Capital now has over $600 million in capital under management from endowments, pension funds, fund-of-funds, and family offices.
The firm typically commits $10m to $100m in capital in an investment.
