Perkville, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) loyalty programs, closed a nearly $500k seed funding round.
This funding brings the total amount raised to date to $1.2m. Backers included members of Band of Angels and Keiretsu Forum (such as Michael Olander, Jr.).
The company intends to use the capital to add sales and marketing team members and to enhance functionality in the Perkville platform.
Led by CEO Sunil Saha, Perkville provides a SaaS loyalty platform that is designed to enable local businesses to quickly create a customized loyalty program. It is free for users and offers monthly subscription plans for businesses.
