According to local reports, FarmaciaClub, a Santander, Spain-based company that operates an online store of para-pharmaceutical products, closed a €300k seed funding.
Backers included Enisa (which provided a loan) as well as several business angels.
The company intends to use the capital to increase their clients, their offerings, to improve their logistic efforts and to create content about health.
Created in 2012, FarmaciaClub provides over 4,000 clients with products of well knows brands such as Avène, Vichy, Blevit, Compeed, Siken Dieta, La Roche Posay, Oral-BLittmann, Medela, Martiderm, Klorane, Innéov, Lacer, Arkopharma, Caudalie, Nestlè.
The company is led by José María Valdés (product manager), Cristina Banuelos (marketing and strategy), Tomas Valdes (product manager), David Banuelos (CFO), Guillermo Alvarez (CTO).
