Calligo, a Jersey, UK-based cloud services provider dedicated to the Channel Islands, completed a $2.6m venture capital funding from Ti23.
In conjunction with the investment, Andrew Crawford Ti23’s principal, will become Chairman of the Board.
The company intends to use the capital to expand into other offshore territories and create more than 50 new jobs in Jersey, plus others in the expanded jurisdictions over the next two to three years.
Formed at the end of 2011 by Julian Box, CEO, Calligo designs, develops and deploys a full range of cloud solutions for businesses of all sizes across the Channel Islands.
