Xtraice, a Spanish developer and manufacturer of ecological ice rinks, has raised €800k in funding.
Caixa Capital Risc made the investment via Caixa Innvierte Industria.
The company intends to use the capital to continue to expand globally.
Established in 2003 and led by CEO Adrian Ortiz, Xtraice manufactures and distributes a new generation of synthetic ice rinks around the globe in more than 50 countries and on 5 continents. Clients come from various fields such as entertainment, and professional ice hockey and include Disney, NHL Florida Panthers, Surya Bonaly or the John Hancock Center.
