Palo Alto, Ca-based Jive Software (Nasdaq:JIVE), a social business provider, has acquired Meetings.io and Producteev.
The amount of the transactions was not disclosed.
Jive will continue to offer the solutions of the two companies as stand alone products, as well as integrate their services into the Jive platform (in 2013).
Meetings.io provides a real-time communication platform, which allows people to create video and chat connections instantly with anyone around the world via a web browser.
Producteev provides a cloud-based social task management solution which allows teams to collaborate on tasks and manage work across any platform in seconds – including the desktop, email, instant messenger and any mobile device.
