Hallway, Inc., a Alexandria, VA-based social learning network that allows for social, and global student-student collaboration, has received a venture capital investment from Piedmont RIA, through its affiliate Militello Capital.

Founded by six High School students from Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria, VA, Hallway provides a platform that includes features such as content sharing, ranking content, storing content, personalizing and recommending content, and ranking members based on behavior.

In addition to the students, serial entrepreneur Evan Burfield (T.J. alum) has joined the company as Chairman.
