Gruppo TeamSystem, an Italian provider of business management/ERP software and services, acquired the majority of H-umus for approximately € 4m.
The seller was H-FARM.
H-umus, which will mantain its HQ at H-Farm, develops multi-touch software that run on a variety of interactive platforms such as single & multitouch screen, iPad and iPhone. The company was led by CEO Fabio Carraro.
Commenting on the exit, Riccardo Donadon, founder of H-Farm said: “This transaction marked a new future for H-umus, offering new opportunities for growth in a highly innovative sector”.
