Carrick Capital Partners, LLC, a San Francisco-based newly formed private equity firm, has closed its first fund at $180m.
The fund will focus on backing companies that focus on technology-enabled service offerings, business process outsourcing, transaction processing, software as a service and enterprise software.
The firm was co-founded in 2012 by Marc McMorris, a former General Atlantic managing director, and Jim Madden, the previous founder and CEO of Exult Inc..
