Attometrics to Receive $25K in Seed Funding

Attometrics, an Ariziona-based developer of a novel technology capable of detecting protein, metabolite and DNA analytes , will receive $25k in seed funding.

The capital will be provided by the Arizona Commerce Authority and BioAccel, as part of the AZ Furnace Accelerator, the state’s technology transfer startup program.

Attometrics will sell an automated, multiplexed detection system that can handle high sample throughput to detect and identify groups of biomarkers for cancer and infectious diseases.

AZ Furnace is statewide, public-private partnership among the Arizona Commerce Authority, BioAccel, Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, University of Arizona, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona Technology Enterprises, and Dignity Health Arizona.
