Menlo Park, CA-based venture capital firm Trinity Ventures has closed its eleventh fund, at $325m.
Seeking a target of $300m, Trinity XI was oversubscribed by returning limited partners, which represented the vast majority of commitments, and a select number of new LPs.
Founded in 1986, the firm will continue to invest in enterprise and consumer technology companies. Led by general partner Fred Wang the fund will target including Cloud, Software as a Service Digital Media, and Social Commerce and Entertainment.
