Redtree Systems Ltd. (doing business as Redtree People), a Warrington, UK-based clinical research resources website, has raised £50k in funding.
The investment was made by the £25m North West Fund for Biomedical, managed by SPARK Impact.
The company intends to use the capital to further develop its services.
Led by Andrew Baillie, CEO and founder, Redtree operates www.redtreepeople.com, a global marketplace that connects clinicalresearch professionals, pharmaceutical companies and contract research organisations (CROs). The online portal allows clinical research professionals to network and market their skills and availability for employment and organizations to search, select and place candidates in roles.
