ClipClock Launches Site and App

ClipClock, a Moscow, Russia- and San Francisco, CA-based startup that offers a service enabling users to collect and share video moments online, has launched its website (ClipClock.com) and a mobile application for iPhone.

The company, which participated in Microsoft Startup Accelerator, received a $50k grant from the Microsoft Seed Fund.

Led by CEO & Founder Alexey Krainov, ClipClock provides a platform that allows users to take any YouTube or Vimeo video and create “clips” by highlighting and commenting on the most interesting moments of it.
Clips can also be shared with friends via Facebook and Twitter.
The ClipClock iPhone application allows users to shoot a video, and then clip and comment on.

Sports, technology reviews, how-to, and business presentations are taking the lead among available clips made by users on the platform.
