SV Angel, a San Francisco, CA-based investment firm, is making an effort to raise its fourth venture capital fund.
According to an SEC filing (read here), the amount of the vehicle is $40m.
Launced in 2010 by David Lee and Ron Conway, SV Angel focuses on backing startups providing them with business development, and other advice. The firm recently invested in companies such as Twice, Openbucks, Open Air Publishing, Practice Fusion, and MemSQL.
