Secure-24 Receives Growth Equity Investment

Secure-24, Inc., a Detroit Metro area-based provider of business critical application hosting and cloud services, has received a growth equity investment of undisclosed amount.

The round was led by Pamlico Capital, with participation from HarbourVest Partners, which will help the company continue to grow.

Following the investment, the co-founders will retain significant ownership of Secure-24 and will continue to manage Secure-24. Industry veteran Michael Jennings – co-founder and CTO of Appshop, Inc. a leader in Oracle ERP hosting – will join the management team.

Founded in 2001 by Volker Straub and CEO Matthias Horch, Secure-24 delivers managed IT operations, ERP application hosting and cloud computing services from data centers in the United States. The company manages complex IT landscapes and business critical applications for mid-market and Fortune 500 organizations in industry segments such as manufacturing, technology, consumer goods, chemicals, financial services, construction, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and transportation.
Secure-24 is a SAP Certified Hosting and Cloud Provider with a broad SAP Basis Competency Center, and an Oracle Gold Partner hosting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, such as Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and Hyperion.
