Gloople, a London, UK-based multi-channel ecommerce platform specialist, has closed a £150k funding.
The round was led by a syndicate of London Business Angel investors, who committed £130k.
The company intends to use the capital to launch its SAAS platform across the UK market.
Led by Warren Knight, Gloople has developed a social sharing e-commerce platform that provides small to medium sized retailers the tools to reward customers with discounts for liking or sharing a product on their social networks. The social discount module allows retailers to reward brand advocates with instant discounts, leveraging a consumer’s influence on their respective social networks against the value of word-of-mouth marketing to brands.
