DisplayLink Closes $10.4M Financing

DisplayLink, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of solutions that simplify the connection between monitors and computing devices, has closed a $10.4m growth financing.

The round was led by Clydesdale Bank, with participation from existing equity investors Atlas Venture, Balderton Capital, Cipio Partners, DAG Ventures, and DFJ Esprit.

The company plans to use the funds to grow its semiconductor and software solutions business.

Led by Graham O’Keeffe, Chairman, and John Cummins, SVP Sales and Marketing, DisplayLink develops hardware and software solutions to enable easy connectivity between monitors and computing devices over standard interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, and wireless networks.
The company’s technology is deployed to millions of users through globally branded PC products including universal docking stations, monitors, projectors, zero client systems and display adapters.
