Act-On Software, a Beaverton, Ore.-based company that provides software to monitor online media campaigns and presence in social media, has raised $16m in Series D funding.
The round was led by Norwest Venture Partners, with participation from Voyager Capital and existing investors Trinity Ventures and U.S. Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the capital to for product innovation and market expansion.
Led by Raghu Raghavan, founder and CEO, Act-On provides customers with a platform featuring an Instant-On™ database for accelerated campaign implementation; an intuitive user interface; and a comprehensive, feature-rich solution set. This includes:
– an email engine with integration to web conferencing and CRM solutions;
– tools for website visitor tracking, lead scoring, lead nurturing and social media prospecting;
– design tools for web forms, landing pages and emails.
The company, which also has offices in Roseville and Menlo Park, California, currently serves over 1,000 paying customers.
