Rippld, a Detroit, MI-based connection, collaboration and services exchange platform for creative professionals and clients, has received $78,5k in funding.
The funding includes:
– a $50k microloan from the Michigan Microloan Fund Program;
– a $28,5k public grant.
Co-founded by CEO and CTO Wilbert Fobbs III, Lander Coronado-Garcia, Adrian Walker, Rippld provides creative professionals (designers, animators, writers, videographers, photographers, etc.) with a platform to network, present their capabilities, and find professional opportunities.
The company is using the funds to hire development professionals to build out its platform and launch a marketing campaign in preparation for its beta launch.
