Nexage, a mobile advertising exchange with an advanced real-time bidding (RTB) platform, has closed an additional $5m in Series B funding.
Hearst Interactive Media has joined SingTel Innov8, Relay Ventures and GrandBanks Capital in Nexage’s Series B totaling $15m.
In conjunction with the funding, Darcy Frisch, vice president, Hearst Interactive Media, has joined the company’s board of directors.
Led by Ernie Cormier, CEO and president, Nexage is a mobile advertising exchange connecting over 300 publishers and developers with over 150 demand sources. Nexage serves customers on a worldwide basis with offices in Boston, New York, and San Francisco.
