Revinate, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of cloud-based enterprise software for the hospitality industry, has raised $14.5m in Series A financing.
Backers include Benchmark Capital and Formation 8.
The company intends to use the funding to accelerate international expansion and product development.
Led by co-founder and CEO Jay Ashton, Revinate provides hospitality brands with a SaaS-based solution to manage their online reputation and connect with guests on social media. Over 10,000 hotel and restaurant worldwide use the company’s software platform including Wyndham Hotel Group, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Hyatt, White Lodging Services Corp. and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants.
Revinate has also opened its first office outside the United States, in Hong Kong, and will soon move to new corporate headquarters in the Letterman Digital Arts complex in the Presidio of San Francisco.
