Pho Receives £5.2M Investment from ISIS Equity Partners

Pho, a UK-based independent restaurant group that specializes in Vietnamese street food, has received a £5.2m investment from ISIS Equity Partners.

The company intends to use the funding to continue to grow and develop the business.

Set up by Stephen and Juliette Wall, Pho serves traditional Vietnamese food in an informal environment, specializing in Vietnam’s national dish, pho, a noodle soup. The menu also features other prepared Vietnamese dishes, coffees, beers and fresh juices.
It currently has a total of seven sites across London and the South East (Clerkenwell, Fitzrovia, Soho, Westfield Shepherds Bush, Westfield Stratford, Brighton and Spitalfields), with Spitalfields a recent addition in July 2012.

Following the investment, Stephen and Juliette Wall will continue to lead the business. Benoit Broch, who led the deal on behalf of ISIS, will join the board at Pho.
