Hat Holding, a Milan, Italy-based investment firm that focuses on small and medium sized businesses, has received an indirect investment from Fondo Italiano di Investimento.
The transaction, whose amount of was not disclosed, supports the transformation of the firm from a club deal partecipated by over twenty investors to an investment vehicle, which plans to make minority operations of up to €5m in SMEs to fund their growth and international expansion.
Led by President Antonio Attanasio, Hat Holding focuses on Italy-based companies with a turnover between €5m e €75m.
The firm also has offices in Padua and Naples.
