innRoad, a Southampton, NY-based provider of a SaaS hotel software solution, has raised $5.8m in a Series B financing.
The company, which has raised a total of $7.7m to date, intends to use the capital for improvements to its current platform, new applications, sales and marketing, and working capital needs, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Launched in 2008 and led by CEO Murat Ozsu, innRoad provides a cloud based solution for hotel property management, bookings, global distribution, and marketing for independent hotels. Customers include a wide range of independent hotels, including small inns from 15 rooms to larger hotels with more than 300.
In conjunction with the funding, Patrick Campbell from Blue Heron and Matt Christensen of Rose Park will join innRoad’s Board of Directors.
