Global private equity firm Advent International has made a strategic growth investment in Connolly, Inc., an Atlanta, GA-based provider of technology-enabled recovery audit services in the United States, Europe and Canada.
The transaction, whose amount was not disclosed, is expected to be completed by the end of July, subject to customary closing conditions: It is intended to help Connolly to continue to grow, mainly in the healthcare sector.
Following the close of the deal, Larry Connolly, CEO, and Libby Connolly Alexander, CEO of Connolly Healthcare, will continue with the firm in their current roles as executives, shareholders and board members.
