Vidyo Raises Series D Funding

Vidyo, Inc., a Hackensack, NJ-based video conferencing company, has raised its Series D funding of undisclosed amount.

The round was led by QuestMark Partners, with participation from existing investors Menlo Ventures, Rho Ventures, Star Ventures, Four Rivers Group, and Juniper Networks, which invested in the company through its Junos® Innovation Fund.
Junos’ investment aims to enable Vidyo to increase its go-to-market activities and integrate its video conferencing products with Juniper’s offerings.

Led by co-founder and CEO Ofer Shapiro, Vidyo provides a communication and collaboration platform that enables HD multi-point videoconferences on tablets, smart phones, PCs and Macs, room systems, gateways. The company also offers telepresence and cloud-based broadcast solutions.
Vidyo also has 12 additional international offices, and employs more than 225 people.
