Primcogent Solutions, a Dallas-based medical company, has received a $15m senior secured facility, from ORIX Venture Finance LLC.
Primcogent Solutions is the exclusive licensee of the ZERONA Laser Device (manufactured by Erchonia Medical) for fat reduction and body contouring in North America and Europe.
The company intends to use the initial proceeds to execute its national branding strategy, hire additional personnel, and expand adoption for ZERONA® Non-Invasive Body Contouring Device.
