Palico SAS has launched Palico, a global online marketplace for the private equity fund community.
The electronic platform, which brings together fund investors (LPs), fund managers (GPs), placement agents and gatekeepers based in over 100 countries, has won broker-dealer licenses for the full range of private equity fund investment options, including opportunities in fundraising, secondaries and co-investment.
Using the marketplace, LPs, GPs, placement agents and gatekeepers have the ability to meet and engage with qualified, accredited primary, secondary and co-investment counterparts.
Founded by CEO Antoine Dréan, Palico is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and is licensed by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Banque de France’s Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel.
The platform is accessible from Internet browsers and Apple® iPhone®, Android™, and RIM® Blackberry® mobile applications for a flat annual subscription fee.
