Happy Days Receives £3.7M from ISIS Equity Partners

According to local reports, Happy Days, a Newquay, UK-based day nursery operator for children between three months and five years, has received a £3.7m investment from ISIS Equity Partners.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the investment to expand organically and through acquisitions, including the roll out of four new sites in the Exeter and Bristol area.

Founded in 1991 by Robin and Sarah Karkeek, Happy Days currently has 16 sites in the South West of England.

The seller of the minority stake in the transaction is South West Ventures Fund.
