WellTech Incubator Launches in NYC

A health and wellness-focused incubator has been launched in NYC to support startups and companies that use technology to create new, consumer-facing health and wellness solutions.

Financed by Jubilee Investments and founded by Pete Ellis, and investors and executives behind SpaFinder, Inc., a spa and wellness resource, and GramercyOne, a provider of cloud-based business management software, which is used by more than 5,800 spas, gyms, medical practices and other local service businesses worldwide, WellTech provides participants with a minimum $50k in funding, industry expertise and networking, office space, mentoring and marketing support, including exposure to a vast audience of wellness consumers and businesses at SpaFinder.com and via business-to-consumer and business-to-business database marketing.
In addition, the companies have opportunity to access to future rounds of capital from the  incubator and other introduced investors if their business models continue to generate positive interest in the industry or among consumers.
