Teakwood Capital Acquires Long Range Systems

Texas-based private equity firm Teakwood Capital has acquired Long Range Systems Inc., an Addison, TX-based provider of customer and staff paging and management systems, for an undisclosed amount.

The investment is designed to help Long Range Systems continue to grow.

The company’s set of products are designed to help businesses manage the flow of customers and visitors waiting for service. Long Range Systems delivers its paging solutions to customers across twenty industries, including restaurants, hospitals, daycares, amusement parks, churches and retirement homes and has millions of devices deployed globally at approximately 75,000 locations. Its newest product is Table Tracker (read here).

The company has sales/service offices offices in ten countries throughout the world.
