DudaMobile Secures $6M in Series B Funding

DudaMobile, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based do-it-yourself mobile website builder for small- and medium-sized businesses, secured $6m in Series B funding from Pitango Venture Capital.

The company intends to use the capital to grow its internal team (http://www.dudamobile.com/about/jobs.html) and enhance its site builder platform.

Co-founded in 2009 by CEO Itai Sadan and Amir Glatt, DudaMobile provides small- and medium-sized businesses with a do-it-yourself mobile website solution that converts a user’s existing site into a version that is compatible with mobile phones. It also has a private label solution used by partners such as Webs.com and AT&T Interactive.

In conjunction with the funding, Pitango’s Eitan Bek has joined DudaMobile’s board of directors.
