FileTrek, an Ottawa, Canada-based provider of cloud file sharing solution that tracks and audits Enterprise content and data, has closed a $10m Series B funding.
Backers include Anthem Venture Partners, Telesystem and Ontario Emerging Technologies Funds.
The company intends to use the funding to support the release (today) of its solution.
Led by CEO Dale Quayle, FileTrek and Vice President of Operations Ross Sonnabend. FileTrek is designed to allow secure file sharing, project collaboration, and the ability for managers to track content and data with enhanced compliance-friendly audit reporting.
