DN2K Raises $1.5M in First Funding

DN2K, a Greenwood Village, CO–based developer of advanced remote monitoring, machine-to-machine (M2M) and management systems, has raised $1.5m in its first funding.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the investment to help expand into global oil and gas, agriculture, smart grid and electric power industries.

Founded in 2011 and led by President and COO Susan Lambert, DN2K has developed and offers an M2M Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that can help government agencies, utilities, oil and gas producers, farmers and industrial operators monitor and control remotely-located critical assets from different manufacturers.
It takes large amounts of data from sources throughout a business and turns that data into a visual information display accessible from laptops, smart phones and tablets, regardless of platform, and can be shared with others in real-time.
