Retronaut, a UK-based web site made up of pieces of content from public and private archives, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from Charlotte Street Capital.
With the investment, which is expected to fund the version two of the site, to be released in early 2012, Charlotte acquired a 10% stake in the company.
Founded by Chris Wild, Retranaut spans the globe with hundred years of information and objects, including videos, pictures, music and text across several categories (sports, tech, music, fashion, travel, music, etc.).
