Maxymiser Raises $12M in Funding

Maxymiser, a New York-based developer of multivariate testing, personalization and optimization technologies for websites, has raised $12m in funding.

Backers include Investor Growth Capital and existing shareholder Pentech Ventures.

The company intends to use the capital money for expansion in North America and growth through all areas of the business.

Founded in 2006 by Mark Simpson and led by CEO Tim Brown, Maxymiser combines online testing and automated personalization into a single platform that empowers marketers to launch comprehensive optimization campaigns without the need for IT resources.  The company has offices in London, San Francisco, Edinburgh and Dusseldorf, as well as a global network of marketing and technology partners.
Clients include companies across retail, travel, financial services, media and online gaming industries (some brands include Teleflora, Finish Line, HarperCollins, Time Warner Cable, Harry & David etc.).
