Music Dealers Closes $2.18M in Series B Funding

Music Dealers LLC, a Chicago-based company that provides a solution for connecting independent artists and music licensors into all audio/visual media, has closed $2.18m in Series B funding.

The round was led by a group of new and existing private investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its market share among clients – especially F500 brands and grow both domestically and internationally.

Founded in 2008 by Executive Chairman Jonathan Sheinkop, Music Dealers is a global B2B music licensing solution, which pursues commercial placement of original music from independent and award-winning artists across every genre.
The company’s virtual studio (available at http://www.MusicDealers.com) allows access to experienced composers from around the globe who are effectively available.
Music Dealers has additional offices in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta and London.
